When should I schedule an appointment?

Depending on when you intend to list your materials for marketing, it can be best to strategize your appointment dates for materials based on the turn around times of various materials, as not all return in the same timeframe.


Additionally, the availability of team members, the size of a property, total services desired, and clearances for serviceable product by team member can affect scheduling as well. It is best to have at least 3 days of lead time in most cases, from when you acquire a listing to when you reach out to our team for services.
