Credits are offered in the form of coupons, in the event one is warranted but all services were provided for an order
In some cases, we forget things. In that case, if you decide you no longer need that service, we will remove that item from that order, automatically crediting your account that amount for future business.
How & When do refunds apply?
In some cases where credits are not appropriate, we can provide refunds to the payment type used for an order.
Refunds take 3-5 business days to process after initiation.
